A tiny volcanic island off the coast of Negros Oriental, famous for its marine sanctuary that is one of the most successful community-managed protected areas in the world. Snorkelers and divers can swim with hundreds of sea turtles in the crystal-clear waters. The island's coral gardens have been protected since 1985.
