Who Is It For?

Built for Every Level of Philippine Disaster Response

From city-wide emergency operations to barangay coordinators and private village boards — ProjectLIGTAS scales to your mandate and your community size.

City DRRMO / Disaster Risk Reduction Office

Your office is the nerve center when typhoons hit and floods rise. ProjectLIGTAS gives your team a live command dashboard — see all incoming reports on one map, dispatch responders, update evacuation center status in real time, and generate PDNA-ready post-disaster reports for NDRRMC submission.

LGU Dashboard

Barangay DRRM Coordinator

As the first line of local response, your barangay needs fast, accurate situational awareness. With ProjectLIGTAS, you can monitor flood reports within your barangay boundary, flag incidents for city-level escalation, and keep residents informed — even from a mobile browser in the field.

LGU Dashboard

HOA Board / Village Association

Private subdivisions are often overlooked in city-wide disaster plans. ProjectLIGTAS gives your HOA board a scoped disaster platform — residents submit reports inside your gated community, your board monitors and responds, and you can optionally white-label the platform under your village branding.

Community & Enterprise

Property Management / Subdivision Developer

Managing multiple communities or a large mixed-use development? The Enterprise tier supports multi-community scoped deployments from a single admin panel. Offer your residents and tenants a branded, enterprise-grade disaster response tool — and demonstrate proactive safety compliance to local government units.

Implementation Timeline

From first contact to go-live in as little as 7 business days. No technical staff required on your end — we handle everything.

1
Day 1 – 2

Agreement & Setup

We send the partnership agreement and data sharing terms. Your team reviews and signs. Our engineers begin provisioning your dedicated environment and boundary configuration.

2
Day 3 – 5

Data & Accounts

We load your barangay boundaries, evacuation center data, and responder roster. Administrator and DRRMO staff accounts are created and tested. You receive login credentials and a pre-launch checklist.

3
Day 6 – 7

Training & Go-Live

We conduct a hands-on onboarding session for your DRRMO or HOA team — covering the dashboard, incident management, and reporting tools. Then your platform goes live. Citizens can start using it immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is ProjectLIGTAS free for citizens?
Yes. The Public tier is completely free for all Filipino citizens — forever. No registration, no credit card, and no app install required. Any Filipino can view the live disaster map, submit a flood or SOS report, find the nearest evacuation center, or check PAGASA typhoon signals at zero cost.
How much does the LGU Dashboard cost?
LGU Dashboard pricing is fully customized — based on city or municipality size, the number of DRRMO responder accounts needed, and the scope of deployment. We work within city DRRMO budgets and LGU procurement requirements. Contact us at projectligtas.com/contact for a tailored quote.
Can HOAs or private subdivisions use ProjectLIGTAS?
Yes. The Community & Enterprise tier is purpose-built for homeowners' associations, private subdivisions, and gated communities across the Philippines. It gives your HOA board a scoped deployment — residents see only your community's reports — with optional white-label branding on your own domain.
What is included in the white-label option?
White-label lets you deploy ProjectLIGTAS under your organization's own branding — your logo, your colors, your custom domain. Residents interact with your branded disaster platform while the full ProjectLIGTAS infrastructure — maps, alerts, incident management, and data pipelines — powers everything behind the scenes.
How long does deployment take?
Typically 3–7 business days from the signed agreement to go-live. Days 1–2: agreement and initial setup. Days 3–5: data provisioning and account creation. Days 6–7: team onboarding, training, and launch. No technical staff is required on your end — our team handles all configuration.
Is there a free trial for the LGU or Community tier?
Yes — we offer a time-limited pilot program for qualifying LGUs and community organizations. Your DRRMO team or HOA board can evaluate the full platform before committing to a deployment. Contact us to find out if your LGU or community qualifies.
What is DRRMO and how does ProjectLIGTAS help them?
DRRMO stands for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office — the local government unit mandated under RA 10121 to lead disaster preparedness and response. ProjectLIGTAS gives DRRMOs a real-time command dashboard: monitor live flood and SOS reports, assign responders to incidents, manage evacuation center capacity, and generate post-disaster analytics for NDRRMC reporting — all in one platform.
Does ProjectLIGTAS integrate with PAGASA and NDRRMC?
Yes. ProjectLIGTAS pulls real-time data feeds from PAGASA for typhoon signals, weather alerts, and rainfall data. Barangay-level flood risk data from UP NOAH (Nationwide Operational Assessment of Hazards) is incorporated across the map. NDRRMC bulletins and situational reports are surfaced on the platform during active disaster events.
What cities and municipalities does ProjectLIGTAS cover?
The public disaster map covers Metro Manila and is actively expanding to all provinces and municipalities across the Philippines. UP NOAH flood risk data is available at the barangay level nationwide. LGU Dashboard and Community & Enterprise deployments can be scoped to any city, municipality, barangay, or island community in the country.
Can I upgrade from LGU Dashboard to Community & Enterprise later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. All your existing incident data, evacuation center records, responder accounts, and historical reports are retained during the upgrade — no data loss, no starting over. Our team manages the migration and additional configuration, typically in 1–2 business days.
What technical requirements does our LGU need?
None. ProjectLIGTAS is fully cloud-hosted and browser-based. Your DRRMO team only needs a device with an internet connection and a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari). No servers, no software installation, and no dedicated IT staff are required. We manage all infrastructure, security patches, and updates.
How is our community data protected and kept private?
ProjectLIGTAS is compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. LGU and Community & Enterprise deployments are logically isolated — your data is never visible to other organizations on the platform. We sign a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) as part of onboarding, and all processing follows National Privacy Commission guidelines.
