The southernmost frontier of Palawan, a chain of islands near Borneo with the clearest waters in the Philippines. Onuk Island features a sandbar surrounded by shimmering turquoise shallows, while Candaraman Island has pink-tinged sand. Remote and largely undeveloped, Balabac is considered the final paradise of Philippine island-hopping.
