A row of 20 massive wind turbines standing along the coast of Bangui Bay, each rising 70 meters tall. They are the first commercial wind farm in Southeast Asia, generating clean energy while creating an iconic landmark against the South China Sea. The windmills are best photographed at sunset when the golden light frames these towering white structures.
