A 7-kilometer stretch of cream-colored sand beach in Mati, Davao Oriental, renowned as one of the best skimboarding and surfing spots in the Philippines. The beach hosts annual skimboarding competitions and is also a nesting site for endangered hawksbill sea turtles. The long, uncrowded coastline faces the Pacific Ocean and offers powerful waves between October and March.
