A national park in Ilagan, Isabela, featuring natural spring-fed pools, cascading waterfalls, and an underground river winding through limestone caves. The turquoise spring waters are surrounded by old-growth dipterocarp forest, one of the last remaining lowland forests in the Cagayan Valley. Hiking trails, rope bridges, and swimming holes make it a complete ecotourism destination.
