An amphitheater-shaped cluster of rice terraces in a remote Ifugao village, considered the most stunning section of the Cordillera rice terraces. Unlike Banaue, Batad requires a trek to reach, preserving its unspoiled beauty and traditional Ifugao way of life. The terraces cascade down to the Tappiyah Falls at the valley bottom.
