The preserved estate where Philippine national hero Jose Rizal was exiled from 1892 to 1896, now a protected landscape and museum. During his exile, Rizal practiced medicine, taught, and built a water system and relief map of Mindanao. The shrine includes his home, clinic, school, and the relief map he sculpted, surrounded by the parkland he cultivated.
